I remember when you were born and how happy your parents and I were. Your dad
wanted you named after a friend and soldier when he was in the army. I am so sorry our lives were apart for so long. Never met your family. Never understood why. But you are in God's hands and home now and we will meet again. I remember you and your brothers wearing white suits when you were little The apple does not fall far from the tree. You will see your cousin Rod in heaven what a joyous day that will be.

to the Blackmon family and friends, I'm sorry to read of your loss please accept my sincere condolences. I hope you can find comfort from what I stated in the Bible at John 5:28,29" Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life"

To Henrietta & Family,Sis.Blackmon & Chris,
My heart goes out to you at this time. I have such fond memories of my big brother Rod, aka Dreak. He was always funny! I remember riding on his green Harley Davidson and being so scared, but I was his little sister and he was not going to let anything happen to me. May the Lord give you the peace and comfort that only He can give and may the memories of your husband, father son, brother, and uncle strengthen you at this time. Love & Prayers
Veronica

My brother Rod, Dreak as everyone from the terrace and Columbia High who knew him he was a legend with his ability to drive cmotorcyles, bus and trucks. There was nothing that he couldnt drive, or repair. My childhood hero who taughted me how to ride bikes, drive cars and how to dress and talk to girls. He was my Big Brother who always looled after me when Iwas to small to look after myself. Rest in peace Brother.
