We all grew up in Bethel AME Church in Kingstree, SC, and were one big, happy family. We are late in learning of Nancy's passing - and shocked, but our love for the Fulton and Johnson family goes deep and we pray God's grace, mercy and love is sufficient to strengthen, sustain, and comfort you as you adjust to her absence from your presence.
I, too, often sat with Nancy at St. Luke and those were very special times for us. She loved her church and Rev. Morrision and was always encouraged by and encouraging about the affairs in the life of the church. This was instilled in her by her family from her childhood.
May the memories of her sense of humor, her love for her family, and her many other warm attributes keep her alive in your hearts and bring you smiles forever.
We will miss her, but heaven is rejoicing. Glory to God!

Prayers and condolences to the Johnson family. Nancy was a true friend who encourages me to join water aquatics at the Y. We had fun making fun of each other. Our last conversation at the Y she expressed her desire just to be able to get back in the water again. Her love for her children was unconditional and she fondly spoke of them every time we got together. Sitting besides her in church during collection she would break out the pics of her grands.
Rest in peace my friend you have earned your reward. You will be truly missed. Gone but not forgotten forever in our hearts.
