I am so sorry for the loss of your dear mother, Mrs. McDuffie. May the love of family, friends, and Almighty God bring you comfort and support during your time of grief and afterward. (Ps. 83:18; Isaiah 41:10) May your precious memories of her and the hope of a resurrection right here on a restored earth bring you peace. (Acts 24:15; Psalm 37:11, 29)

Dorothy had a smile and laugh that would envelop you with warmth. She was a kindly and Godly woman who loved God, family, church, and friends. She would engage you in hourly conversations as she demonstrated the art of hospitality. As her children and grandchildren, you know that you were her heart and source of constant pride. I know that she blessed each of you for your faithfulness and love, especially this past year. You will always be loved. God is pleased. Allow Him to comfort and console you.
Much love,
Wanda R. Lawrence

My sincere condolences to the family of Mrs. McDuffie. We know that one day you will see her again and she will be well and in her youth. Jesus said, "I am the resurrection and the life.." John 11:25. Keep looking forward to that day, realizing that God is not slow respecting his promises. May you keep only good memories of your dear loved one.

Our prayers and thoughts are with the family. Psalms 121 tells us to "...lift up our eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh our help, for our help cometh from the Lord..." But, just in case a tear falls from your eyes, don't worry because God said in Revelations chapter 21:4, that "...God will wipe away tear from your eyes..." Be encouraged family and know that God is with you in this precious time of bereavement. May God's continued grace be upon each of you.

My deep condolences to the Evans/McDuffie family on the loss of your precious loved one who fallen asleep in death. May you find a measure of comfort knowing that the Most High God has given us a gift. This gift is God's written word the Bible (2Timothy 3:16 & Psalm 83:18). And in it we get to know how God's son Jesus viewed death in such a comforting way, notice this at John 11:11-14. Yes, he viewed death as one Sleeping.

May you look forward to God's promises being fulfilled at Isaiah 33:24, Isaiah 25:8, John 5:28, 29 and Psalm 37:11 lets us know where the resurrection will take place.

I hope that these few Scriptures were of some comfort to you at this time as they were to me.

In deep sympathy,
Sissy
