Mr. Quincy Billops, Jr. age 79 of Fayetteville, NC departed this life on January 18, 2023.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, January 28th at 11:00 AM in the St. Luke AME Church. Burial: Lafayette Memorial Park.

He is survived by: wife, Cynthia; children, Quincy Billops, III, Tammie Billops, Camille (Brian) Newman and Tamara (Michael) Carroll; sister, Gean Rone; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing on Friday, January 27th from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the funeral home.
