John Word Obituary

Mr. John M. Word, age 73 of Fayetteville NC departed this life on July 23, 2021. He was an Army Veteran.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, July 31, 2021 at 1:00 PM in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel.

He is survived by: wife, Margie Willard; children, Janell (Eric, Sr.) Brown, Janean Willard, Vonetta Taylor, Mary Taylor, Andrea Word, Martha Word and Alma Spragues; brothers, Fredrick (Doretha) Word and Lacey (Romonda) Word; sisters, Francine Thompson and Michelle Nelson-Wilkerson; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing on Saturday, July 31st from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the funeral home.
