Rev. George L. Cockrell, age 64 of Fayetteville NC departed this life on September 15, 2021.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday, September 24th at 12:00 Noon in the Wiseman Mortuary Chapel. Burial:  Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery

He is survived by:  wife, Rosemary Cockrell; children, Victor L. Cockrell and Faith Cockrell; brothers, William Oakley and Percy Cockrell; sisters, Mary Helen Campbell and Lillie Jakes-Cockrell; two grandchildren, Alyanna J. Cockrell and Victor L. Cockrell, Jr. and a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a viewing on Thursday, September 23rd from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the funeral home.
