Ella M. Council

Mrs. Ella Mae Council age of 85 of Fayetteville departed this life on Thursday, April 1, 2021. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife and mother. 

Graveside service will be held on Thursday, April 8th at 1:00 P.M. at Melvin Family Cemetery. Viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 7th from 1:00 P.M. to 5:00 P.M. in Wiseman Mortuary. 

Those left to cherish her memories include her devoted daughters, Mae Ella Melvin (Mack) of Fayetteville, NC, Gretchen Robinson (Larry) of Durham, NC and Rose Mary Barr (James) of Hillside, NJ; grandchildren:  Malcolm Melvin Jr. (Kojak), Marcia Robinson Humphrey, Bryan K. Melvin, Larry D. Robinson, Jr., Anthony Bingham, Michelle Bingham, Montez Bingham, Monique Bingham and Ja’mes Barr; 7 great grandchildren:  Elias, Chase, Bailey, Caitlyn, Cooper, Ezra and Elektra.  She will also be missed by 3 sisters-in-law Annie Mae Melvin, Alene Worley and Helen White and 1 brother-in-law Albert Council (Mary) and a host of nephews, nieces and numerous relatives and friends.
