Retired Army SFC Theodore Cropper Jr., 77 of 6409 Coachman Way, Fayetteville, departed this life on November 21, 2014. Funeral services will be held on Monday December 1, 2014 at 12:00 Noon in the Simon Temple AME Zion Church. Burial will follow at Sandhills State Veterans Cemetery.
